This is to notify that in terms of section 6(b), Article IV of By-laws, a physical Special
General Body meeting has been scheduled as below:

Time: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Venue: 3, Calcutta Mansion 3, Bishop Lefroy Road Kolkata 700 020.

Agenda:
1. President to share Event plan for next six months.
2. President to share update on filling up the vacant Board positions.
3. Director-Membership to share update on membership status.
4. Chapter website Administrator to share update on Chapter website.
5. Any other agenda item with the permission of the Chair.
